In my opinion, the salespeople were not professional and carried themselves like they were at a hipster hangout rather than a place of business. So, I drove 30 minutes north to Carlsbad Toyota were I had purchased my Tacoma 16 years prior and was glad I did.
Chase was the salesperson that helped me get into a new vehicle and I can't say enough good about him, and the entire staff at Carlsbad Toyota. They said they could not hold the car over the weekend and would let me know if the car was still available to be picked up on Monday.

All i can say is BEWARE! I have been here several times with my twin sister who recently purchased a Toyota Highlander that was "used certified" or vice versa. they say to be wary about buying brand new cars since they often lose its value right out of the parking lot, but I might think about that as opposed to a "used certified car" at this Toyota location. When I think of a car dealership, I think of people trying to scam you and unfortunately, this place does.
My sister won't post about their services but I believe I should on her behalf since I've been there w her and have witnessed the ridiculous service. Since her purchase in Augustthere have been multitude of problems including the battery of the key which was dead within the first few weeks and they now charged her for her car battery over dollars. They try to tell you there are warranties and 1 year of service but READ THE FINE PRINT or else they will charge the stuff out of you!
PRE-OWNED means it's a slightly cheaper car without all the warranties! They tried to say that the battery was the result of "wear and tear" though she just drives to work and back. Even if you call customer service, they don't help.
